Lisa has been my RMT for many years, too long to mention… I have had chronic back problems for decades, her massages have allowed me to keep a regular training program and stay active. Her knowledge of how our muscles and body operate have kept me riding my bicycle, taking long walk and riding my motorcycle with ease, even after major injuries.
