I had a few sessions with Barbara Rady at Coastal Roots for lower back pain and upper spine issues. It is my first time into massage therapy and I found it had helped very much, mainly because Barbara was very professional: she feel relax and literally, in good hand. And added to this, her experience is obvious what makes the therapy works. I feel amazing relieve of muscle tensions and have not had so much lower back or for that matter, upper as well, aches and pain. Thank you, Barbara!
